Who We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from:
TEP (Training Employment Pass) / Work Holiday Pass candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore
Local applicants including LLM students and SUSS JD students/graduates
Strong writing, organisation, and attention to detail
Comfortable handling sensitive family matters with professionalism and discretion
Chinese (Mandarin) is a bonus, especially for Singapore-China matters
What You Will Gain

Close guidance in drafting, evidence organisation, and client-facing work
You will assist on live matters involving cross-border divorce, ancillary matters, custody, maintenance, and related private client disputes. Exposure will be hands-on, with direct mentorship and real casework.
Responsibilities
Legal research and case law analysis (family law, procedure, evidence, cross-border angles)
Drafting support (chronologies, summaries, notes of evidence, first-cut drafts)
Reviewing and organising documents and exhibits for filings and hearings
Assisting with client intake materials and case preparation
Where relevant: bilingual document review, translation, and Chinese-language summarisation
