Job Description

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Leonardo Intern to join the Leonardo Regional Team, part of EssilorLuxottica’s global Learning & Development ecosystem. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of regional training and education initiatives that empower our employees and Eye Care Professionals across Southeast Asia & Korea. Working closely with a small, dynamic regional team and a wide network of stakeholders across markets, you will gain hands-on exposure to regional programme management, training operations, digital learning platforms, and creative content development. 

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: 

Training and Event Coordination - Support logistical planning for webinars, workshops, and learning events - Provide coordination support during virtual or physical events (e.g., registration tracking, slide deck support, participant engagement) 

Learning Content & Creative Material Support - Assist in designing and formatting training slides, visual aids, and communication materials - Support the creation of engaging learner communications (e.g., email banners, simple visuals, program guides) - Help prepare learner kits, handouts, and digital resources 

Training Program Deployment & Learner Engagement - Support the rollout of Leonardo learning programs and campaigns across the region - Assist in tracking learner registrations, participation, and completion rates - Support post-programme follow-up, including feedback collection and basic analysis 

Data Tracking & Reporting - Maintain and update training attendance records and learner databases - Consolidate feedback survey results and support preparation of summary reports - Track basic KPIs related to participation, engagement, and completion - Support preparation of slides or simple dashboards for internal reporting 

Stakeholder, Vendor & Subject-Matter Expert Coordination - Support coordination with external vendors related to training materials or event logistics - Assist in liaising with subject-matter experts for training sessions (e.g., scheduling, materials collation) - Coordinate with local country teams to gather participant lists and programme information 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Good organisational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines 
  • Basic creative and design sense; experience with PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools is a plus 
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes 
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for creativity and productivity is an advantage 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
