ECICS Limited – Business Development Intern (Non-Motor Personal Lines)

Key Responsibilities

• Growth & Campaign Support
  • Support ongoing non-motor initiatives across direct, intermediary, and cross-sell channels.
  • Assist with campaign setup, coordination, and post-launch tracking.
• Market & Competitor Tracking
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product changes.
  • Maintain simple trackers and highlight notable movements or risks for review.
• Product & Portfolio Support
  • Assist with maintaining product documentation, summaries, and performance trackers.
  • Flag anomalies, delays, or issues early.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Support coordination with Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Business Support on UAT, content updates, and campaign execution.
  • Track action items and follow up on timelines.
• Project & Delivery Tracking
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status updates to ensure initiatives remain on schedule during handover or absence periods.
• Governance & Compliance Support
  • Assist in collating and checking marketing materials, campaign decks, and product information against approved guidelines before submission for review.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to track campaigns, projects, and timelines.
• Comfortable working with MS Office to maintain trackers, reports, and basic analysis.
• Basic understanding of business development, marketing campaigns, or product support concepts.
• Ability to perform market and competitor analysis and highlight key insights or risks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance.
• High learning agility, attention to detail, and interest in insurance or financial services.
