Lendingpot is a Singapore-based digital loan marketplace that connects businesses and individuals with a wide network of banks and financial institutions through a single application process. The platform simplifies and streamlines loan comparison, helping borrowers access competitive financing options efficiently and transparently, with no upfront fees. Lendingpot combines technology and financial expertise to improve access to funding and enhance the overall borrowing experience. 

About the Role 

You will support the build-out of Lendingpot’s 2026 credit engine by working on end-to-end data processes. This is a 6-month project where you’ll design surveys, implement OCR, process raw lender data, and prepare a structured data pool for our modelling vendors.

What You’ll Do

• Design and run surveys with lenders to capture critical datapoints (e.g. 30/60/90 DPD, loss numbers, date of default).

• Implement OCR for document uploads to digitise and automate data capture.

• Clean, structure, and prepare datasets into an accessible pool for vendor use.

• Work directly with credit modelling vendors to align data requirements.

• Provide periodic reports and insights from survey responses and OCR results.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Interest in credit risk, data analytics, or fintech lending.

• Detail-oriented and structured thinker with end-to-end execution ability.

• Good communication skills for engaging with external partners.
