What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product specialists to identify growth opportunities and refine feature roadmaps.
- Analyze user metrics to uncover insights and recommend optimization strategies.
- Support digital marketing campaigns: SEO, email, and social media outreach.
- Assist with onboarding calls, demos, and customer support queries.
- Contribute to sales collateral and pitch decks for target segments.
- Track and report on KPIs: activation, retention, and referral metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in spreadsheets and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-centric mindset.
- Digital marketing know-how (SEO, email marketing, social media).
- Familiarity with product-led growth frameworks and metrics.
