Lion Global Investors Limited – Intern, Client Solutions Office

• Assist the team in supporting client’s request, coordinating with internal departments or external parties where necessary
• Prepare presentation materials for client review meetings
• Customise and send client reports in accordance to clients’ requirements and timeline
• Assist in the setting up of new cash accounts, custody markets, and trading accounts and ensure proper closure on termination of funds/portfolios
• Liaise with legal, compliance, front office and external parties on the documentations
• Assist in queries and facilitate requests from brokers/counterparties on KYC, SSI and authorised signatories list matters.
• Any other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Possess VBA/Macro skills would be an advantage
• Meticulous & self-motivated individual
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Positive/good learning attitude and a fast learner
• Able to commit full-time for 6 months
