Job Description

The candidate will work with the ESG Team within Lion Global Investors (LGI). The candidate will contribute to LGI’s ESG integration efforts, to deepening the relationship between ESG and Investment and to achieving a more sustainable future.


  • Handle and deliver on scheduled reporting work to internal and external clients
  • Work with data to deliver analysis and insights
  • Develop tools to drive productivity gains, process improvements and further ESG integration
  • Participate in engagement with corporates
  • Assist in ESG integration work with the investment teams
  • Conduct ESG-related research, such as industry trends and other thematics.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing relevant fields of studies, such as sustainable finance, computer/data science, etc. Both Degree and Polytechnic Diploma holder are welcome to apply
  • Interest in ESG. Familiar with ESG concepts. An understanding of investment concepts is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel (especially advanced excel functions such as Power Query). Python proficiency is a plus
  • Familiarity with ESG metrics and data systems like MSCI ESG Manager & Glass Lewis is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability in handling and manipulating large dataset
  • Competent in translating complex, disaggregated datasets into useful, relevant insights
  • Proactive, result driven with attention to detail and clarity of thought
  • Able to comprehend, synthesize and summarize information competently
  • Able to solve problems independently, creatively and to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong work and team ethics, and a high level of integrity
