Mockbyrd Games Pte. Ltd. – UGC Community Operations Intern

• Manage daily operations of Roblox groups, Discord, and TikTok communities
• Plan and execute community activities to increase player engagement and retention
• Interact with players, gather feedback, and assist in optimizing the player experience
• Create and publish community announcements, event descriptions, and other content
• Monitor social media trends and insights to optimize content strategies and achieve follower growth targets

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience playing UGC (User Generated Content) games
• Experience in user operations and community management
• Experience managing overseas communities
• Experience in overseas social media operations
• Excellent English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to use English as the working language 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to create a positive community atmosphere
• Familiarity with Roblox or similar UGC platforms
• Extensive overseas living and study experience
• Experience in game customer service or as a Game Manager (GM)
