We are seeking a reliable and discreet Personal Assistant (Part-Time) to provide general admin and personal support to the management team. This role involves coordinating appointments, tracking tasks, and running occasional errands. Key responsibilities include: Scheduling and managing appointments and reminders Supporting day-to-day errands and light personal admin duties Drafting and organising to-do lists and tracking task completion Following up on delegated work and providing timely updates Assisting in calendar management and document handling Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
