This position supports Regional sales operations through the provision of timely and accurate reporting, carrying out planning processes and liaison with the Factory and Retailer Network.
Job Description
- Production of reports to forecast and track Retail, Wholesales and Stock positions
- Update monthly performance reporting packs
- Monthly set up and distribution of Retailer margin file tracker
- Completion of quarterly tactical campaign requisition/amendment forms and the loading of vehicles in BOOM for campaign payment processing
- Option uptake value tracking and reporting
- Formatting and distribution of reports, communications and price books to Retailer network
- Monitor and reporting to Regional team on Retailer CRM activity
- Liaising with Central Planning regarding ad hoc Retailer queries
