Avante Gym & Yoga – Operations Intern

• Welcome and greet members and guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage check-ins and class bookings through the studio system
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries professionally and promptly
• Provide accurate information about membership, classes, schedules, and promotions
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Support sales consultants and instructors with administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
• Assist in daily studio operations (e.g. opening/closing duties)
• Gather and relay member feedback to improve service quality

Requirements

* Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and professional appearance * Basic administrative and computer skills * Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment * Willing to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, and public holidays) * Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or fitness industry is a plus
