Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels, job portals, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates
- Maintain database of candidate records
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
- Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate and update records of recruitment activities and outcomes, and candidate statuses
- Assist any other ad-hoc tasks or projects may be assigned
