Hiring Marketing and E-commerce Intern
Hello everyone! We are opening up a position for Marketing & Ecommerce Internship. This role will help us to manage our brand image on social media channels and expand our ecommerce outreach on various platforms.

JOB SCOPE
*You don’t need experience or know how to do these so these are the things you will learn as well, from the back-end to the front-end of a small business! It’s not always glorious, but it will be fulfilling!
– Create and schedule engaging and aesthetic content for social media postings, blog posts, email marketing and outreach
– Respond to questions via DM and comments on our social media accounts
– Collaborate with brands and influencers for marketing campaigns on social media platforms
– Film and edit videos for Youtube / Tik Tok (have to be creative and comfortable infront of camera)
- Host weekly Live sessions on TikTok
– Manage ecommerce shopfront, customer service, and list products on ecommerce platforms
– Manage and count stocks (when needed)
– Assist in photoshoots and tending pop-up booth
REQUIREMENT
We are looking for someone who have/are…
– Strong listening and communication skills
– An eye for aesthetic and clean design
– Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
– Converse/write in Chinese is a bonus (we have a Red Note account as well)
– Basic graphic and video editing skills for videos and images (Preferably someone who know how to use Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Capcut etc.)
– Weekend availability (for pop-ups or events)
– Must be keen to learn new things
– Big interest in jewelry or fashion (or you wouldn’t enjoy right)
MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
– WFH arrangement is available
– We are looking for full-time intern with minimum 3 months commitment
– We welcome Polytechnic/University students to apply for this role
– Office/showroom is at Canberra/Yishun but pop-ups and events are usually at the central area
WORKING HOUR
– Monday to Friday (Sometimes weekend as well for event/pop-up but off days will be given on weekdays)
– 11am to 7pm
REMUNERATION
– $800-$1,000 (depending on work arrangement and experience)
AVAILABILITY
– Immediate (for at LEAST 3 months)
