Job Description

On Well, Being is a business development and marketing platform for companies in the healthcare and wellness industry. We help brands grow through strategy, partnerships, and storytelling — and also curate content that explores the evolving landscape of wellness and healthcare.

We’re looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive who will play a dual role: driving growth for On Well, Being, and supporting marketing initiatives for a partner dental clinic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and relationship-building.

For On Well, Being:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with wellness and healthcare brands.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators.

  • Support in preparing proposals, partnership decks, and client presentations.

  • Assist in shaping On Well, Being’s marketing and content strategy (social media, newsletters, campaigns).

  • Coordinate events, collaborations, and partnerships within the wellness and healthcare ecosystem.

For Partner Dental Clinic:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, on-site).

  • Manage brand presence across social channels and support content creation.

  • Work with clinic leadership to conceptualize patient engagement initiatives and referral programs.

  • Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

  • Coordinate creative assets and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related fields (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle sectors).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with clients and partners.

  • Creative and resourceful, with an eye for brand storytelling and design sensibility.

  • Organized, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities across projects.

  • Familiar with social media management, digital marketing tools, and basic content creation.
