Job Description


  • Assist in the deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across a wide spectrum of investment strategies.
  • Help collect market data and prepare market research reports to understand prevailing market fundamentals and to identify market / sector that fits our investment approach.
  • Assist in drafting periodic written updates and reports to clients and investors for existing assets under management.
  • Create presentation decks or other materials for fundraising activities across different investment strategies.
  • Assist in the accounting and financial management of project and holding companies.
  • Other administrative responsibilities from time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Working towards MBA, Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines; Prior working experience in the field of real estate investment preferred.
  • Experienced in financial modelling for different investment structures.
  • Possesses distinctive problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with working independently.
  • Excellent team player with resilience and strong incentive to succeed in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
