You are primarily responsible of food preparation and food production to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered.
Work together with your team to ensure smooth restaurant kitchen operations and adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards as set in our SOP.
Proper management and accuracy of the restaurants' food items required to meet the restaurants demand and sales.
Management Trainee (Kitchen)
• Food preparation for sauce & seasoning.
• Assist head chef in the preparation of food ingredients & cooking.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as Grill, Fryer and etc.
• Assist in managing the operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen at all times and assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
• Driven and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holidays.
