Job Description

Job Summary:

The Operations Assistant Intern supports the smooth execution of cleaning operations by assisting with staff scheduling, process improvement, market research, reporting, and operational planning. The intern will also manage administrative tasks, including daily office duties and minutes taking for meetings.

This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in the cleaning services industry, focusing on streamlining processes, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to overall operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with staff scheduling, roster planning, and attendance tracking.
  • Support operational planning and process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and prepare simple reports to support decision-making.
  • Take minutes during meetings and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Perform administrative daily duties such as filing, data entry, and document management. 
  • Assist in monitoring service quality and operational performance.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to support day-to-day activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate meeting minutes.
