Job Description

Job Summary

Join the vibrant Property Marketing, Experiences team at Marina Bay Sands, where we bring our brand vision to life, at the highest level of elevated hospitality. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in elevating the visibility and impact of Marina Bay Sands’ brand signature and special events.

You will be working closely with the Property Marketing, Experiences team to drive audience engagement through innovative marketing strategies, to deliver effective branded communications and experiences that resonate with diverse audiences locally and internationally.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across the various departments of Marina Bay Sands, bringing ideas to life for an iconic global brand.


Job Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the project management, planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including reporting, data entry, organization of files, coordination duties.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on cultural trends, visitor demographics, and industry best practices to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and across departments to foster strong relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Innovation and Initiative: Bring fresh ideas and proactive solutions to enhance our marketing efforts and engage our target audiences.
  • On-Ground Event Support: Ensure the successful implementation of marketing activities during the events.

 

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/ degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

Experience

  • No experience required as training will be provided, but relevant experience and interest in events or destination marketing is a bonus.

Other Prerequisites

  • Eye for detail: Organized and meticulous when it comes to project management and completion of tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring solutions to challenges.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to support on-site during events, including weekends and evenings as needed.
