In Singapore, we are a fully owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Singapore Ltd.
- Manage purchase orders for CapitaVouchers through the Concur application
- Handle printing and mailing of reminder letters including franking and updating postage records
- Prepare monthly closing summaries for the franking machine
- Assist the Fleet Operations team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Facilitate Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) processes, including registration, activation, and deregistration
- any other ad-hoc as assigned by immediate supervisor
Job Requirement
- Degree in Business Management / Administration
- Basic knowledge in financial services industry preferred
- International exposure and cross-cultural experience preferred
- PC skills: MS Office and Outlook
- Language skills: proficient in English and an additional Asian language will be an advantage
