Job Description

Job Summary

We are launching an exciting payment soundbox product to help SMEs accept PayNow payments with audio confirmation. We’re looking for energetic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to grow our merchant base across Singapore.

In this role as Outdoor Sales Representative, you will play a critical part in acquiring new merchants (Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners) and helping them unlock growth through technology. 

Training will be provided, we are open to candidates without any experience.

 

This Is What Your Job Scope Will Be…

Sales & Outreach

  • Conduct ground sales outreach through cold calling across F&B, retail, and service sectors
  • Present and demonstrate the PayNow Soundbox solution to SME merchants
  • Manage full onboarding process, including product setup and brief merchant training
  • Drive adoption by clearly communicating product benefits and value proposition
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong rapport with SME owners to understand their business needs
  • Collaborate with teammates and managers to improve outreach strategies and product adoption
