Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Admin Support Intern to assist with the day-to-day administrative functions across Deployment, HR, and Accounts support. This role offers hands-on exposure to various operational processes and is ideal for someone looking to gain real-world experience in office administration within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deployment Support

  • Support the preparation and organization of deployment-related documentation.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate digital records using cloud-based storage tools.

  • Help with inventory labeling, tracking, and basic documentation tasks.

  • Learn and perform simple system-related activities such as data entry and configuration support.

  • Assist with order coordination and stock monitoring for equipment and supplies.

  • Contribute to the upkeep of tracking sheets and operational logs to support team workflows.

 

2. HR Support

  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and assist with staff appreciation initiatives.

  • Support onboarding processes by helping manage company assets and welcome materials.

  • Assist with organizing and following up on HR-related documents and forms.

  • Help track and update leave records using internal tools and calendars.

  • Participate in the preparation and handling of internship agreements and other HR paperwork.

  • Monitor internal communication platforms and assist in routing important messages to relevant team members.

 

3. Accounts & Office Support

  • Assist with coordinating office maintenance and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.

  • Help manage office supply needs, including tracking inventory and placing basic orders.

  • Support the review and organization of staff expense claims and supporting documents.

  • Gain exposure to basic finance processes, such as payment tracking and client follow-ups.

  • Help monitor and record company transportation and delivery-related transactions.

  • Assist with answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.

  • Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
