Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our People & Culture team for a 3- to 6-month internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development. You will may also get a chance to work/support on HR process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation
  • Update employee records and HR databases
  • Organise/Support employee engagement and development activities
  • Explore tools and platforms to support HR digitalisation journey
  • Support HR digitalisation projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics & inventory tracking related to the office move

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  •  Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in HR systems, process optimization, and project coordination
