HoCH was founded in the Summer of 2017 as an independent, niche consulting firm that provides corporate executives, business leaders of large- and mid-size private organisations with the guidance and expertise needed to improve their internal efficiency, streamline their operating cost structure and scale the business by adopting Enterprise Resource Planning systems and technologies in their corporate transformational initiatives.
We help organisations improve business processes and productivity by evaluating cost structures, helping to solve issues, manage change, maximising growth and improving business performance. We leverage our technical and business skills to provide objective advice and expertise, and help organisations to develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking.
We are concerned primarily with the business strategy, organisational structure, management and operations of a company. Our primary role is to identify options for the organisation and suggest feasible recommendations for change, as well as advising on additional resources to implement systems and process solutions. The consulting services span across a variety of functional areas, including Management, Strategy, IT, Finance, Marketing, HR and Supply Chain Management.
HoCH’s range of professional services include: Digital Transformation assessment, planning and implementation, Organisational Change Management, ERP Selection, ERP Implementation, Business Process Management, Business Process Reengineering, Value Stream Mapping, Enterprise Architecture, Post-M&A ERP Integration, Project Management Coaching and Learning and Development in Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms (Corporate websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Support the development of blogs, website articles, and multimedia content that aligns with our brand voice and audience interests.
- Co-ordinate with external marketing and design agencies to run digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on social media and web content performance using Google analytics tools.
- Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and suggest innovative content formats.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel
- Comfortable using ChatGPT for content creation
- A good command of English (written and spoken)
- Able to commit for at least 2 months or longer
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with Photo Editing software
- Familiarity with any one of the AI applications - Creative.ai, Manus AI, Jasper, ContentShake AI or Gamma AI
- Prior experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (Would be great!)
- A portfolio of previous work or creative projects (even personal ones!)
