Schoolber Pte Ltd – UIUX Designer

Schoolber provide fleet management solution, transport management and school management solutions to operators and schools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user experience design requirements to discover insights on user pain points and consumer behaviour
• Collaborate with IT team to design and build digital products that align with business goals
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
• Identify and resolve UX issues based on analytics and user feedback
• Ensure timely delivery of projects deliverables
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as page layouts, page designs, page flows, etc and target links for landing pages.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour
• Any others

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder with or without experience in designing web/mobile applications or graphic design
• Sound understanding of the product design principles
• Experienced in using product design software (e.g. Adobe XD/ Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
