Job scope:
- Conducting interviews for candidates
- Matching candidates to suitable positions
- Arranging and coordinating of interviews
- Posting of job advertisements to attract suitable pool of candidates
- Proven mentorship program
- Setting achievable targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Screening for clients by identifying and securing the best-fit candidates
- Provide career advisory services to candidates
- Keeping abreast with market information, employment trends and industry knowledge
- Fast paced and interactive position

- No experience required as training will be provided!
- Hybrid working environment - First 2-4 weeks onsite for training & after which WFH/ onsite arrangement .
