This is a locally focused role where you will develop and drive the strategy to bring Partners to the ZUZU Community. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker that has a track record of delivering results in a complex, fast paced business, including an ability to roll up their sleeves and drive Sales as needed. Sound business judgment and excellent communication skills are required and experience working in a Sales/Business is desired.
Key Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business
· 3. 5+ years of business development experience preferable in F&B Tech Space
· Experience working with emerging technologies
· Extremely proactive with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
· Detailed knowledge of marketing and business development (strategic and tactical)
· Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems
Key Role Activities
· Seek and develop new relationships to achieve strategic business objectives
· Preparing detailed business plans which cover relevant goals and objectives
· Recognize changing market forces that may impact upon own or customers’ business and puts plans into action to make a positive contribution
· Ability to contribute to development of strategy and take responsibility for delivering strategic objectives
· Translate company and business goals and objectives into successful, integrated marketing programs that deliver results
