Job Responsibilities

• Manage and upload product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)

• Edit product images and create clear, compelling product descriptions

• Update pricing, inventory levels, and promotional details regularly

• Monitor online orders and coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams

• Handle customer inquiries and manage online reviews in a timely manner

• Track sales performance and prepare basic sales reports

• Ensure all product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date

Requirements

• Basic understanding of major e-commerce platforms

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Prior experience in online sales or marketplace management is an advantage
