Job Description
Main activities / tasks:
- Support day-to-day financial operations
- Prepare timely payments to suppliers and ensure invoices are duly authorised in accordance to company policies
- Perform monthly bank accounts reconciliation
- Generate & record sales invoices, purchase orders and purchase invoices
- Any adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Knowledge and skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Personality requirements
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Self-motivated, detailed oriented and committed to work in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
