Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new IT technologies.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience is required.
• Candidates with IT sales experience will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
