Job responsibilities

As a User Experience (UX) Research Intern, you will create research plan, conduct user research and learn what our customers need and feelings for our products and services. You will then share the research findings with UX designers, Visual designers and product managers. 

• Work with UX researchers to create user research plan: choose the right methodology and fit research within product R&D life cycle
• Assist UX researchers to conduct user research, including but not limited to usability testing, survey and interview
• Analyze and summarize results of the study, and present findings to the product team and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design, Human-computer interaction, Psychology, Communication, Human Factors, or any other related fields
• A team player with good communication skills
• Strong willing to learn
• Some research experience, and design knowledge would be a good plus
