As Rotimatic expands its reach across geographies, we are looking to deliver the “Rotimatic experience” to a wider audience in Singapore. For this reason we are looking to team up with demo and sales rockstars who would be our “Brand Associates” on ground and on-site delivering the Rotimatic experience to our consumers.
About the Role:
The Brand Associate shall be responsible for conducting Rotimatic demonstrations on-site and selling Rotimatics to consumers.
He/she will be the first point of contact for customers so it is important that they are inviting, have a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills and have brilliant product knowledge to confidently answer any questions the customers may have regarding the product. He/she should be energetic, enthusiastic and a people’s person with strong inclination and knack for sales.
The Brand Associate must excel in captivating the audience on-ground and on-site during with an emphasis on product education ultimately leading to sales and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Channel Sales of Rotimatic on-ground and on-site via product demo
- Positively represent the brand and offer best-in-class experience while conducting product demonstrations
- Ensure visual esthetics, hygiene and cleanliness of product at all times
- Increase brand visibility on-ground to grab more eyeballs and drive traffic to product set-up
- Drive brand engagement with consumers to educate them about Rotimatic
- Exhibit a superior level of proactive customer service
Requirements:
- A go-getter, enthusiastic, driven and energetic individual committed towards the Sales Objective
- Prior experience in conducting demos and events
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Prior experience in B2C sales would be preferred
- Tech-savvy
- Knowledge and interest in Indian cuisines, specifically flatbread, will be a plus
- Keen and hungry to learn
- Commit Three and half a day per week : Three days on-site & half a day at the Zimplistic office.Availability to work on Friday,saturday and Sunday
