Our flagship product, Rotimatic is the world’s first robot in the kitchen that enables individuals to make fresh, healthy, homemade rotis/flatbread with a touch of a button (https://rotimatic.com/).
As Rotimatic is expanding, we are looking to deliver the “Rotimatic experience” to a wider audience. For this reason we are looking to team up with passionate individuals who would be our “Specialists on demand”  to deliver a first class experience to our potential customers.



Position Summary:


Being a Rotimatic Specialist is all about being hands on.

You are tasked with the most important job of being the first contact point between the Company and our potential customers. Your image is what makes or breaks the impression of the Company. Therefore, it is important that you are passionate, engaging, professional and have brilliant product knowledge. 


As a Rotimatic Specialist, you create the energy and excitement around Rotimatic, through conducting Rotimatic demonstrations in an engaging way, always seeking to understand customers’ needs, offering enlightening answers and solutions to their questions and concerns, and finally convince them to welcome Rotimatic to their homes with absolute confidence and conviction.


Every demo is an opportunity for you to help a household live a happier and healthier lifestyle by turning them into a Rotimatic Owner. 


You will gain strong independent self-starter mindset and exciting perspectives from within a unique fast-paced startup environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute directly to our demo sales processes and protocols - which is a valuable and transferrable skill for your career moving forward.

Responsibilities:


  • Positively represent the brand while conducting product demonstrations. 
  • Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales.
  • Engage with consumers to educate them about Rotimatic.
  • Proactively seek to understand customers’ thought process and concerns to offer enlightening answers and solutions.
  • Exhibit a superior level of customer service.
  • Feedback to the team your insights from interacting with customers for better customer experience and higher conversion.


Requirements


  • You're passionate about technology and healthy living, eager to share that passion with others.
  • You have strong people skills - approachable, a good listener, and empathetic.
  • You can deliver great customer experiences in any environment, physically or virtually, with constant and meaningful personal interaction.
  • You have strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
  • You think on your feet and quickly troubleshoot problems.
  • You are always curious, keen to learn and ready to apply your learning in customer interactions. 
  • You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
  • Prior experience in conducting demos or B2C sales preferred
  • Knowledge and interest in Indian cuisines, specifically flatbread, will be a plus
