ZH Technologies International Pte Ltd – Electrical Engineering Intern

ZH Technologies International Pte Ltd specializes in providing smart metering solutions and innovative IoT applications in the electricity, water and gas supply industries.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager to Review Project specifications & applicable standards, rules & regulations and technical requirements
• Assist Project Manager in Design, Engineer and providing optimized solutions to meet project & client requirements
• Help Project Team to Interface with customers and other stakeholders to clarify and resolve engineering & project-related issues.
• Assist to Prepare requisition for order, reviewing supplier's offers, making technical bid evaluation, optimizing solutions and assisting in preparing the Purchase order
• To help liaise with the sub-contractors and package /system vendors to clarify technical issues and outstanding details. Coordinate with factories/vendors in design, documentation, manufacturing, and testing activities to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Support site team in resolving issues during installation, testing & commissioning
• Assist project managers and other groups, especially in Risk & Opportunity analysis and Change & Claim managements, follow-ups & expedition, progress monitoring & control and resolving outstanding issues

Requirements:

• Engineering background
• Strong Engineering principles / System design and problem-solving skills with logical thinking.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Chinese communication capability will be an added advantage to liaising with Chinese speaking co-workers and partners
• Able to work independently.
