Job Description
- Be responsible for assisting to create and maintain marketing activities, with a focus on digital platforms (social media channels, website, emailer, advertising & digital assets)
- Be responsible for creating & maintaining a consistent brand voice for major Zero1 marketing activities
- Contribute creative outputs about how each communication touchpoint brings across an idea & evokes emotions, which will attract new users & increase user engagements
- Assist to create the marketing calendar that includes key concepts, initial headline and design ideas for different campaigns
- Assist to craft brand implementations design outputs with the Adobe suite for campaigns into website banners, mobile app banners, social media post, edm, posters and flyers
- Assist to ensure that all Zero1 written communications on digital and social media platforms and marketing collaterals are correct, precise & accurate. You will be involved in public-facing materials according to Company guidelines.
- Assist to compile campaign specifications into the campaign output deck and gather feedback from various stakeholders
- Assist to compile monthly marketing performance data
- Campaigns will include service launches, sponsorships & events
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Sales, Consumer Sales, Customer Service and Operation teams to generate marketing ideas that will improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with vendors for managing brand outputs
- Stay up to date on emerging trends, industry conversations, and the pulse of the community. Understand what drives Zero1 audiences & why should they care about what we have to offer
