Job Description
  • Entering of invoices into the accounting system
  • Preparing weekly payments
  • Maintain office assets such as air-condition servicing and copier
  • Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare related activities
  • Keeping track of office equipments
  • Sourcing for quotations and price negotiations with office vendors for office supplies, etc
  • Visa application, travel & hotel bookings / accommodations for business travels as and when required
  • Ad-hoc tasks / research when required
  • Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability bring both to the table
  • Able to plan, execute and organise tasks effectively
