Close-knit & Fast Growing Startup on a Mission
Pros: The team is hungry, responsive and very enthusiastic. We place our customers first and are constantly looking for more ways to deliver more value to them. Management is very hands-on but also gives the team space to be creative and trusts them to execute. Communication is open in the office and problems are openly discussed and resolved very quickly typically.
Cons: The lack of a rigid structure may not appeal to some. It is very important to be self-driven as there is no constant supervision, the team is lean and depends on you to execute your role and pull your weight.
