Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all Order Fulfilment function for all B:B business.
. Product Listing Management for all B:B and B:C businesses
· Assist E Commerce teams in Order Fulfilment for all online platforms.
· Perform stocktaking & inventory checks.
· Ensure that the MuRHO inventory system is updated accurately & promptly.
· Responsible for inventory allocation across all online and offline platforms.
· Procurement support from issuance of Purchase Order to inbound receipt of stocks.
· Work closely with freight forwarders for competitive freight quotes, air or ocean LCL for all inbound or outbound stocks.
· Sales, procurement and logistics admin support.
· Consolidate all monthly sales, online and offline sales for accounting submission.
· Sales and payment reconciliation for all online and offline sales.
· Weekly sales report for all online, offline sales platforms.
· Provide additional customer service support as a team.
Requirements:
· ITE or Diploma in any fields
· At least 2 years of related experience
· Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel pivot tables.
