Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling of all inbound and outbound stock.
- Order Fulfilment for B:B, B:C and stock replenishment for outlet.
- Ensure that the MuRHO inventory system is updated accurately.
- Work closely with logistic company for all outbound orders.
- Assist with support of warehousing operations.
- Procurement support from issuance of Purchase Order to inbound receipt of stocks from suppliers.
- Work closely with freight forwarders for competitive freight quotes, air or ocean LCL for all inbound or outbound stocks.
- Assist with Customer Service support.
- Consolidate all monthly sales, online, offline etc for accounting submission.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in related fields
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Experience in logistics and inventory management
- Experience with QuickBook, MYOB or Inventory software
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel incl pivot tables
- Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision required
