ZEN’YU is an Authorized Distributor for Bioptron light therapy systems, CH Alpha-ACTIV - an advanced cartilage regeneration formula, MUSASHI sports nutrition for resistance and strength training, 1000mile for running socks, sports medical support and hydration products, Hooray! protein/nut milk drinks and 32GI low GI sports nutrition vegan/halal products.

ZEN’YU operates its own concept store ACTIV360 by ZEN’YU at #03-42 Novena Square Velocity with own online store www.360activ.com and also in all ecommerce platforms e.g. Lazada, Shopee, NTUCFairprice etc.

Responsibilities:

• Handling of all inbound and outbound stock.
• Order Fulfilment for B:B, B:C and stock replenishment for outlet.
• Ensure that the MuRHO inventory system is updated accurately.
• Work closely with logistic company for all outbound orders.
• Assist with support of warehousing operations.
• Procurement support from issuance of Purchase Order to inbound receipt of stocks from suppliers.
• Work closely with freight forwarders for competitive freight quotes, air or ocean LCL for all inbound or outbound stocks.
• Assist with Customer Service support.
• Consolidate all monthly sales, online, offline etc for accounting submission.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in related fields
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Experience in logistics and inventory management
• Experience with QuickBook, MYOB or Inventory software
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel incl pivot tables
• Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision required
