Marketing Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts
• Assist in the creation of signage, mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing material and digital content
• Develop new social media campaigns, considering current and planned promotional activities
• Monitor social channels and respond to feedback, questions, and concerns
• Work closely to keep stock and price updated
• Able to manage online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and etc
• Update online stores and manage website content such as product thumbnail, web banner, stock level, price and product details
• Assisting to manage and handle customer account
• Monitoring shipment to ensure parcel delivery time frame as accordance to service level
• Activity plan, manage and implement various online champaign,
• Activities and strategy for all marketplace
• Prepare weekly sales report

Marketing Intern Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in eCommerce/Marketing/Sales 
• Strong work ethic
• Familiar with marketing computer software, online applications, VRM analytics, and Google Adwords
• Extensive knowledge of business social media best practices and platforms
• Data entry and computer skills a must
• Strong communication skills
