Job Description

We are looking to bring on an Executive Assistant to join our team to assist our company's director in carrying out various administrative and other miscellaneous duties.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in regard to arranging and coordinating meetings, engagements, conferences etc
• Manage and maintain schedules and calendars
• Respond to correspondence on routine inquiries
• Facilitate travel arrangements
• Support administrative/operational matters of other departments

Job Requirements

• This role requires someone with at least 1 years’ experience in secretarial or administrative roles or in similar fields of work.
• The applicant’s minimum educational qualifications should be 'N' Levels or higher, or similar professional qualifications related to the job scope.
• You are resourceful and able to multi-task
• You possess good written and verbal communication skills
• An interest in music and the local scene would be an added bonus
