Job Description
- Provide quality service to customers
- Monitor and deliver sales results
- Attend to customer query, complains and maintain good relationships with them
- Plan promotional events for store
- Perform cashiering duties
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Manage stock levels at a healthy level
- Provide watch services; battery and strap change
- Job Requirement:
- Able to communicate well in English and at least one other language
- Keen interest in communicating with person and understand their needs
- Have a positive, cheerful demeanour, and be a team player
- Able to work independently
- Able to learn how to handle watch service (Training will be provided)
