Zap Delivery Pte Ltd – HR Intern

This intern will support the HR department on a day-to-day basis with recruitment efforts and general HR administration. You will be given plenty of learning opportunities in our organization.

Intern Responsibilities:

1)      Assist with data entry
2)      Follow up on information/documents from external couriers
3)      Filing of documents
4)      Other administrative duties
5)      Conduct courier training in house (training will be provided)

Qualification:

• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related area of study;
• Strong ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all level of the organization;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task; and
• Excellent organizational skills to meet priorities and deadlines.
