As a part of our fun and lively team in the Onsen, you shall be tasked with providing customer service to spa patrons, guide guests on spa etiquette with a big smile.
You shall learn how to deliver japanese level of guest service and the unique onsen experience to Singapore. You will be working with other departments in the onsen to make the guests feel at home and deliver high level of service.
