Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Assist the secretarial team in all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions
- Preparing and arranging for lodgment of statutory documents
- Maintaining of statutory books, registers and secretarial records of the companies
- Assist in the preparation of minutes and to maintain proper filling system
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments or administrative task as require by management from time to time
Requirements:-
- Undergraduates (University / Polytechnic / ITE), A-Level Graduate, Diploma
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Organised, Good time management
- Willingness to learn & improve
- Able to work independently, team-player
- Receptive to feedback
