Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Assist the secretarial team in all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions
  • Preparing and arranging for lodgment of statutory documents
  • Maintaining of statutory books, registers and secretarial records of the companies
  •  Assist in the preparation of minutes and to maintain proper filling system
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments or administrative task as require by management from time to time

Requirements:-

  • Undergraduates (University / Polytechnic / ITE), A-Level Graduate, Diploma
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
  • Organised, Good time management
  • Willingness to learn & improve
  • Able to work independently, team-player
  • Receptive to feedback
