Job Description

The role involves assisting with day-to-day office administration, basic accounting tasks, and ensuring proper documentation and record keeping. This position is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical experience in business operations and finance within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

  • Manage and organize company documents and records

  • Assist with preparing letters, forms, and internal documentation

Accounting Support

  • Assist with data entry for accounting transactions

  • Help maintain accounting records and financial documentation

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking

  • Support the team in basic bookkeeping tasks

Other Duties

  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

  • Support operational and administrative projects when required
