JOB BRIEF:
Support Marketing functions and tasks to ensure the successful roll-out of products (main focus) and education efforts.
JOB TASKS
Product Marketing & Education
- Product web page update and maintenance
- Support in collating materials and resources for the upload onto Digital Library (as continual effort in maintaining and upkeep DL)
- Support in training preparation (room set up, materials/products requests)
- Support in following through the product label change projects – COO implementation, Label change implementation (e.g. address change with progress tracking by product)
- Assist to update Monthly Promotion & Products Update Summary (SSIP)
- Assist to update Monthly Marketing Report
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks (e.g., vendor liaising for over stickers – quotation, PR, delivery arrangement, training room booking)
- Product Quality – Gather information for PIR and follow-through for investigation conclusion with reporting to Product Marketing Manager
- Any other task required for the success of product/campaign launches
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- At least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Good communications skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in marketing and communications functions a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate agility in adapting to changes
- Takes initiative and executes tasks independently while being a team player
- Meticulous and well-organised with excellent follow-through skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong desire to learn and upgrade knowledge and skills
- Positive with a can-do attitude
