Sales Admin (Full Time)
As a SALES ADMIN, your job would be to assist the Director with the following (but not all inclusive):
customer support resolution across the different segments
scheduling and invoicing of daily orders
support the director in business development and outreach to potential customers
data entry and month end reconciliation
human resource duties including hiring candidates, welfare and overtime calculations
handle and complete grant applications, licence applications and any other regulatory requirements required for the business
any other ad-hoc requirements when required

Effective communication - able to translate your idea to the team and working with the team to execute it

Requirements
Must be a Singaporean. All other nationalities will not be considered at this time.
Preferable to have experience in a similar role (candidates without prior experience will also be considered).
Able to work autonomously with little to no supervision.
Fluent with office software like: Microsoft Office, Google, Quickbooks etc.
