1. Content Creation & Video Editing

• Plan, script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (mainly TikTok & Instagram Reels) that follow trending formats and challenges.

• Use CapCut (and other editing tools as needed) to create polished, on-trend videos optimized for social media performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

• Stay updated with TikTok/IG trends and adapt them creatively to highlight You Tiao Man products.

2. Social Media Storytelling

• Generate fresh and creative content ideas to build brand awareness and engagement.

• Assist with copywriting for captions, hashtags, and campaign messaging.

• Monitor audience feedback and analytics to continuously improve content strategy.

3. Packaging Design

• Conceptualize and design packaging for new product launches, including You Tiao Chips, tailored for supermarket and retail shelves.

• Ensure designs meet branding guidelines, food labeling regulations, and appeal to consumer preferences.

• Work with external printers and suppliers to finalize packaging mock-ups and production-ready files.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with R&D and sales teams to understand product features and translate them into compelling visuals.

• Contribute ideas to integrated marketing campaigns, from digital to in-store activation.
