An exciting opportunity has come up in one of Asia’s leading communication group. They are offering a extendable contract for a sales consultant role on a rotational shift work basis. Our client is looking for candidates who can work up to 44 hours a week and can commence work immediately.

In this role, you will report directly to the Business Manager of Consumer Sales. As a sales consultant, you will be based at various retail outlets and be responsible for the following:

• Identify and drive qualified opportunities from pre-sales to closure
• Collate feedback and execute improvement plans for internal process to increase sales performance and customer experience
• Provide daily updates on sales performance to supervisor
• Assist to drive overall sales by cross-selling and up-selling
• Provide good customer service and manage customers’ expectations
