RETAIL

• Manage successful placement and accurate tracking of brand Global purchase orders.
• Assist in developing Season Flow Calendar and Line Range with buyer.
• Assist Buyer in planning biweekly shipment and updating information in line range.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and distribution functions to identify and resolve supply chain and shipment timeline issues.
• Proactively and collaboratively address any shortcomings or opportunities to improve tools.

Drafting of SOPs for internal circulation

• Monitor competitor and conduct market research, benchmark on industry best practices.
• Produce Weekly Sales Report
• Support in other ad-hoc administrative/operational matters

MARKETING

• Update and inform Retail/Online SRD products.
• Internal department liaison (including HQ)
• Liaise with marketing team on the availability of products selected for live streaming and online launches.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 

• Undertaking a Diploma/Degree with analytical knowledge. 
• Good command of both English & Mandarin, both written and verbal 

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge in excel with open mind to learn Formulas, Piviot Tables, V-Look-up, etc 
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
